Automatic Time-Based Liquid Filling Machine has a Pumping system connecting to main tank. Rotary time-controlled Gear Pump dispenses liquid through the nozzles. The filling range is set from console directly and once the set volume of liquid has been dispensed, the nozzle shuts off immediately and ensures zero dripping.

- Neck Entry Nozzle system so that the nozzle enters inside the container before filling to avoid spillage.
- Conveyorized system with stainless steel slate.
- Pneumatically servo operated Nozzle Up-Down movement & stopper Gates for bottle entry and exit (optional).
- In built memory to store 25 recipe data.
- 21 CFR part 11 available on request.
