Fully Automatic Tube Filling Machine is suitable for Filling and Sealing of tubes. Our Machine is suitable for LAMI and Plastic tubes. Machine is widely used in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, Chemical, Agriculture & Food Industry.
Tube filling machine can fill different types of materials in tubes including Cosmetic Creams, Pastes, Honey, Gel, Gum, Balm, Ointments, etc. into the LAMI / Plastic / Aluminium Tube. Our machine operation includes tube feeding, tube filling, tube sealing and tube coding (mfg. date, Expire, Lot No etc.) in single operation with indexing. We manufacture Auto and Semi-auto tube filling machines which can fill high viscosity materials also. The materials which can be handled by our machines are paint, adhesive, cosmetics, lotion, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.
SALIENT FEATURES:
- It can fill up from 5 gm to 200 gm of cream / Ointment.
- It can seal / close Lami tube up to 40 mm diameter and Aluminium tubes up to 28 mm diameter.
- It will have oval race track with Aluminium tube holder.
- The body is fully enclosed from all sides. If required.
- The machine will be cladded with pre-buffed SS sheet.
- Over load clutch protection of Conveyor.
- Provision for bar code reading. If required.
- All stationary parts above table top will be in SS 304.
- A variable frequency drive for changing the speed of the machine will also be provided along with the machine.
- The machine will have PLC and touch screen HMI.
- All cams will be hardened and generally all shaft will be supported on bearing.
- All Contact Parts are SS 316 & Non-Contact Parts are SS 304.
