Liquid manufacturing plant is a complete system for manufacturing sugar based oral syrups & suspensions in pharmaceutical industry. Making an oral liquid is a complex procedure and needs numerous parameters to be controlled at various stages. Entire manufacturing plant is a set of different vessels, agitation and homogenization equipment, filtration equipment, inter connecting piping, necessary process control valves, a sturdy walkable platform and a control panel.

- Rigid stairs and walk able platform for operational use
- All vessels are designed for 100% drain with flush bottom valves • Necessary temperature indicators, controllers & timers for process control, centralised operation panel.
- Bottom entry propeller type agitators to ensure effective agitation of entire mass
- Water cooled double mechanical seals are used for leak proof operation
- High shear inline homogenizer with mixing vessel for homogeneous mixing of suspensions
- Necessary pressure gauges, safety valves and air vents are provided on all vessels
- Thermodynamic steam jackets
- Provision of connecting WIP system
